A Good Book.

I love books, specifically books that aren't for school and that i don't have to underline in pencil or remember characters and plots because i have to.
I can underline and remember because i want to.
I checked this book out from the library and it is a gem.

A Good Cry.

Papers.Reading.Writing.
I'm lonely.
I'll admit it.
I miss this boy, you see.
And school is wearing me down.
But let me quote a wise old bear:

“If ever there is a tomorrow when we’re not together, there is something you must always remember. You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. But the most important thing is, even if we’re apart, I’ll always be with you.”

Study Escapes.

This is Rembrandt's coffee house.
The perfect study escape on a beautiful Sunday afternoon.
I drank Vanilla Almond tea, ate an orange or two and read my little heart out.
A little pick-me-up before i plunge headfirst into this week.

They also play wonderful music :)
Like good old Elton John.

Wishing you the happiest of Sunday nights!

Stars.

I love stars.

and tonight was clear and beautiful . . .

I like that there is something bigger than my problems, and more beautiful.

I hope you stop and look at the stars sometimes,

and i hope they make you smile.
Also, I came across this song on Pandora when I was studying and fell in love with it.

Enjoy :)

Beginnings.

I get excited about little things, and big things, and lots of things really.
Things like oatmeal and toast on a chilly morning.

There's a diner in my little college town, and sometimes my friends and I will go and study and get oatmeal and toast, with just a little brown sugar and milk :)

Of course that may not sound like much, but to me, after a long day of classes, its heaven in a bowl.

I know that this semester will be tough, so I'm going to write about the little things, in order to keep up with the big things.

So here's to beginnings. . .

to Oatmeal and Toast.
